Anti-Fraud Database
We maintain the largest real estate scammer database in Latin America. It includes individuals, companies, properties, and documents associated with real estate fraud in the region.
Every case we receive goes through an automated verification process against this database. We compare names, IDs (cédulas), parcel numbers, company names, and known aliases.
If a match is detected, the case is automatically flagged with an alert. Our QA team and assigned partners receive the notification to proceed with additional caution and enhanced scrutiny.
The list is never published. This protects the integrity of the system and prevents scammers from adapting their methods. Only our internal team and verified partners can see the alerts associated with their cases.
Matches are reviewed by partners and the quality team. If a match turns out to be a false positive, it is dismissed with documentation. If confirmed, the case receives special attention and the client is notified.
How We Work
We are a coordination platform. We are not lawyers, surveyors, or real estate agents. We are the bridge between you (abroad) and verified professionals in the Dominican Republic.
Every case we receive goes through a structured process: reception, classification, partner assignment, execution with evidence, quality review, and delivery.
Everything is documented in your portal: georeferenced photos, legal documents, videos, and a timeline that shows exactly what was done, when, and by whom.
National Coverage
We have verified partners in the main provinces of the Dominican Republic. Our network includes lawyers, surveyors, engineers, and field technicians.
Before assigning a case, we verify that we have coverage in the area. If we don't, we tell you clearly and don't charge you.
Availability may vary by province and service type. Check directly by sending your location to confirm coverage.
Our Partners
Every partner in our network has been verified. We evaluate their experience, credentials, references, and subject them to a trial period before assigning cases.
Partners have a score that is updated with each case: delivery quality, time compliance, professionalism, and conflict of interest reporting.
If a partner does not meet our standards, we remove them from the network. Service quality is our priority.
Pricing Policy
Each price is broken down into 4 transparent blocks: (1) professional service cost, (2) field operational expenses, (3) platform coordination fee, (4) applicable taxes.
There are no hidden fees. We don't charge percentages on the land value. We don't receive commissions from sellers.
Published prices are referential. The final price depends on location, complexity, and service type. Prices are published on our services page. If your case has additional complexity, we will let you know before proceeding.
Quality Control
Every delivery goes through an internal quality review before being released to the client. We verify that all documents are complete, photos are correct, and the report is clear.
If something does not meet our standards, the case is returned to the partner for correction before final delivery.
Your satisfaction is important. If something is unclear in your report, you can request clarifications at no additional cost.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Our partners are required to declare any conflict of interest before accepting a case. If a partner has a relationship with any of the parties involved, they must declare it.
If an undeclared conflict of interest is detected, the partner is immediately removed from the network.
As a platform, we do not buy, sell, or broker land. We have no financial interest in the outcome of any transaction.
Continuity Credit
We designed a credit system so you don't lose your initial investment if you decide to continue with another service.
Example: if you paid RD$5,000 for a Parcel Diagnosis and then need a Land Truth Report (RD$15,000), you only pay the RD$10,000 difference.
The credit is automatically applied to the next service on the same parcel. It has no expiration date.
Timeline Policy
Each service has an estimated time that we communicate when confirming your service. These times are realistic, not impossible promises.
If there is a delay, we proactively notify you with the reason and new estimated time. We don't leave you waiting without information.
The most common delays are due to government procedures, weather conditions for field visits, or public record availability.
