Our prices aim to be simple for the client. That is why the published price already includes the technical and legal work indicated in each service, and also the standard official fees when they normally form part of the package.

Do you have a location, a parcel, or a question?

The standard official fees currently published by institutions include, among others, RD$500 for the Property Registration Certificate from the DGCN and RD$500 for the Non-Registration Certificate; the Land Registry publishes RD$1,000 per property for the Legal Status Certificate of the Property, plus RD$300 for remote deposit in Distrito Nacional / Santo Domingo Province or RD$800 in other locations, with a published time of 45 business days; and the DGII indicates a 3% real estate transfer tax on the greater value between the property and the deed, when applicable.
